Hide Apps from the App Store

Ever wondered how you can hide apps purchased from the App Store? I’m sure you have but not many Have found it easy to do so. After the most awaited iCloud was officially available to public a lot of users noticed that all of the applications they had bought in the past showed up in the Purchased list of Apps in the App Store.

A lot of users have asked the question to apple, “How can we hide them?” and pleaded but there hasn’t been an answer yet, but yes it is possible. So here’s how you do it.

Go to the App store and click on Purchased. You will see a list off Apps you have purchased from the time of inception. Swipe across the app and you will see a “Hide” button appear in place of the iCloud symbol. That’s it, tap on Hide and the app is hidden from the list of your purchases. As soon as you tap Hide a window will pop up telling you how you can enable it again, which surely not many users would not want to do.
